1. The distribution box should be installed in a safe, dry, and easy to operate location. When installing distribution boxes, if there are no design requirements, they are generally concealed with a bottom edge distance of 1.5 meters from the ground. The bottom edge distance of lighting distribution boards should not be less than 1.8 meters from the ground. Distribution boxes and panels installed in parallel should have the same height from the ground, and the allowable deviation for distribution boxes and panels installed in the same location should not exceed 5mm.

2. The wooden bricks and iron parts required for installing the distribution panel should be pre embedded, and the exposed distribution box should be fixed with metal expansion bolts.

3. Iron distribution boxes need to be painted with anti rust paint once, followed by two coats of gray paint. All embedded iron parts should be painted with anti rust paint and clearly and reliably grounded. When the wires are led out of the panel, the panel wire holes should be smooth and free of burrs, and the metal panel should be equipped with insulation protection sleeves.

4. The iron panel of the distribution box with appliances and the metal shell of the door and electrical appliances containing appliances should have obvious and reliable PE protective grounding wires (PE wires are braided soft bare copper wires), but PE protective grounding wires are not allowed to be connected in series using the box body or enclosure.

5. The wiring on the distribution box should be arranged neatly and tied into bundles, and the moving parts should be fixed; The wires leading out of the panel and introducing dust should have appropriate margins for easy maintenance.

6. The wire stripping area should not damage the wire core, and the wire core should be too long. The wire crimping should be firm and reliable; After tinning multiple wires, crimping terminals should be installed. If it is necessary to punch holes and use top wire crimping, multiple strands of wire should be tinned before crimping, and the number of wire strands should not be reduced.

7. The various knife switches and automatic switches installed on the panel of the distribution box should not be energized when in a disconnected state (except in special circumstances).

8. The vertically installed knife switches and fuses are connected to the power supply at the top and the load at the bottom. The Hongzheng horizontal installer is connected to the power supply on the left side (facing the panel) and the load on the right side.

9. The power indicator light on the distribution box should be connected to the outside of the main switch and equipped with a separate fuse (power side). The position of the panel gate corresponds to the branch, and a card frame should be installed below it to indicate the route and capacity.

10. The AC, DC, or power sources with different voltage levels inside the lighting distribution box (board) shall be clearly marked.
