Overview of integrated thermometer transmitter SBWRKG

The SBWRKG series (Japanese Okazaki structure) integrated thermometer transmitter is a field installed temperature transmission unit in the DDZ-S series instruments. It adopts a two-wire transmission method (power and signal output are two common wires), and outputs a 4-20mA current signal that is linear with the measured temperature. The transmitter can be installed in the junction box of the thermocouple to form an integrated structure, or it can be separately installed in the instrument panel as a conversion unit. As a new generation of temperature measuring instruments, it can be widely used in industrial and scientific research fields such as petroleum, chemical, textile, metallurgy, electromechanical, power, aviation, food processing, medical engineering, etc., for automated temperature detection, transmission and control.

Characteristics of integrated thermometer transmitter SBWRKG

1. Working environment temperature range: -25 ℃ -85 ℃, -30 ℃ -120 ℃.
2. Equipped with high-precision cold junction compensation circuit, with a full temperature range error of ± 0.5 ℃ (S thermocouple ± 0.8 ℃).
3. Advanced nonlinear correction circuit, the output signal is linearly related to the measured temperature.
4. The internal drift self correction system ensures measurement accuracy throughout the entire operating temperature range.
5. Equipped with a special heat control mechanism, it effectively controls the heat conduction effect.
6. Encapsulated with epoxy resin, corrosion-resistant, earthquake resistant, and highly reliable.
7. Widely applicable, it can form an integrated on-site installation mechanism with thermocouples and thermistors, and can also be installed as a functional module in testing equipment.
8. The anti-interference circuit design of * ensures that the transmitter can work safely and reliably under various interferences, especially with an anti electromagnetic interference unit, suitable for modern environments with severe electromagnetic pollution.

Working principle of integrated thermometer transmitter SBWRKG

The transmitter circuit module consists of an amplification unit, a linearization unit, a voltage/current conversion, a self correction circuit, a voltage adjustment unit, and a reverse protection circuit. For transmitters with thermocouples as temperature measuring elements, a cold junction compensator is also included. For transmitters with thermal resistors as temperature measuring elements, an R/V conversion unit is also included.

5. Power supply: 12-36VDC, the power supply for the intrinsically safe temperature transmitter through the safety shed is 22-34 VDC.
