The product standards for compensating wires and cables for thermocouples are GB/T4989-94 and JB/T7495-94.

1. Application of compensating wires and cables for thermocouples:

Thermocouples use (high temperature resistant) compensating wires and cables, which are a pair of insulated wires with the same nominal value as the matching thermoelectric potential within a certain temperature range (including high temperature and room temperature). They are used to connect thermocouples and measuring devices to compensate for the errors caused by temperature changes at the connection between them and thermocouples. This product is suitable for electrical connection between various thermocouples with scale marks of S, K, E, T, J, N and temperature display instruments to improve measurement accuracy.

2: Conditions for using compensating wires and cables for thermocouples:

(1) Working temperature: heat-resistant, available in two types: 200 ℃ and 260 ℃;

Generally used: maximum temperature of 70 ℃ and 105 ℃.

(2) Zui low ambient temperature: Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables: fixed laying -60 ℃, non fixed laying -20 ℃;

Polyvinyl chloride insulated and sheathed cables: fixed installation at -40 ℃, non fixed installation at -15 ℃.

(3) The minimum bending radius for PVC insulated and sheathed non armored cables is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, for fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed non armored cables it is not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable, and for armored cables it is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
