On October 8th, State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company targeted the construction ofcableConduct data verification in the lean management system of the internet. As one of the achievements of deepening the application of operation and distribution data, this system applies advanced technology and integrates multiple practical functions, providing strong technical support for improving the lean level of cable network management.
In response to the problems caused by historical reasons such as low quality of basic data in cable networks and difficulty in on-site operation safety control, State Grid Beijing Electric Power has launched the construction of a cable network lean management system with the goal of comprehensively supporting lean management of cable networks. This system relies on the power grid geographic information system platform and production command system, covering planning and design, engineering construction, operation and maintenance, operation monitoring, customer service and other aspects. It can achieve data maintenance at the source end and professional collaboration in business applications, providing intelligent analysis for business decision-making.
The characteristic of the lean management system of State Grid Beijing Power Cable Network in terms of functional architecture design is based on geographical graphics, which realizes the linkage between electrical topology and channel topology, equipment status and business process, static information and dynamic information, and provides resource attribute data and spatial information for various business management. The system includes three major functional modules: cable graphic resource management, production business management, and status monitoring management, with a total of 27 specific functions. In the top-level design of deepening the application of operation and distribution data, the company has identified four goals that need to be achieved in the lean management system of the cable network, including cable channel monitoring and evaluation, selection and display of section resources, warning of overdue use of approved resources, and section application and approval. These four expected goals have been basically achieved.
At present, State Grid Beijing Electric Power is improving various functions of the system and will gradually promote its application. The head of the operation and inspection department of the company stated that using innovative thinking to achieve intensive control, state based maintenance, lean management, and scientific decision-making of underground power grid facilities is of great significance for the far-reaching strategy of the Capital Power Grid.
