Its measurement accuracy is mainly determined by the accuracy of the thermal resistance and the temperature transmitter. After installation and use, we sometimes feel that there may be large temperature deviations, non display, and excessive current output; Some of these issues are due to the quality of the product itself, while others are caused by on-site use. In the event of these issues, specific problems should be analyzed and treated accordingly. Here is a brief introduction on how to determine and solve these problems for reference!


The reasons for the large measurement accuracy deviation of SBWZ/R temperature transmitter are as follows:
As mentioned earlier, the integrated temperature transmitter of thermistor mainly consists of thermistor and temperature transmitter, and its accuracy depends on the accuracy of thermistor and temperature transmitter. Therefore, in terms of accuracy, we will test and analyze the above two components. To analyze the above problems, we not only need instruments for measuring and verifying thermistor, but also standard resistance boxes, standard ammeters and other equipment. With the above equipment, we can accurately judge and adjust it. Check whether the accuracy of the thermistor meets the requirements. The accuracy of the thermistor is divided into * and B levels. Generally, the accuracy of the thermistor integrated temperature transmitter must reach * or above. For specific operations, refer to the operation of the thermistor calibration equipment; The measurement and calibration criteria for the accuracy of bimetallic thermometers should be carried out through a standard resistance box and a standard ammeter. After connecting the temperature transmitter in series with the standard resistance box and the standard ammeter, the standard resistance given by the standard resistance box and the current value displayed by the standard ammeter are repeatedly adjusted to achieve the required accuracy of the temperature transmitter.
