Abnormal sampling point sequence
Only display odd or even points, check the odd or even inverters. Stop at one point without carrying, check if the performance of the 10 digit quaternary counter * level bistable circuit and the second and fourth diodes of the 10 digit decoder on the sampling plate is normal.
2. Fixed-point non detection
If there is no sampling pulse, check if the sampling oscillator and its control tube have * and if the electric bell is stable; If there is a sampling pulse, check the binary stability of the decimal counter of the sampling board and its triggering circuit.
3. The sampling point sequence is normal, but there are duplicate characters in the individual or ten bits, or a slight brightness in a certain digit
Check if the corresponding decoder diode is disconnected, if the driving transistor is damaged (or if its characteristics have deteriorated), if the reed matrix isolation diode has deteriorated, if the grouping diode performance has deteriorated, and if the isolation diode performance on the driver has deteriorated.
4. Individual temperature displays are randomly flipping through
Check if there are any problems with the reed relay and isolation diode at this point.
5. Single digit random flipping without rounding up
Check if the ten digit decimal counter on the counting board is stable at a certain level.
6. The sampling point sequence is normal, but a certain number is not illuminated
Check if the digital tube is damaged or if the digital driver for that digit is damaged. If the latter situation is ten digits, the corresponding follower should also be checked.
