1) Various compensation wires can only be used with corresponding models of thermocouples.
2) Compensation wires are divided into positive and negative poles, and the polarity should not be connected incorrectly during use, otherwise it will cause measurement errors.
3) The temperature of the connection point between the thermocouple and the compensating wire shall not exceed the specified operating temperature. If it exceeds the specified temperature range, the thermoelectric characteristics of the compensating wire and the thermocouple may differ significantly, resulting in measurement errors.
4) Due to the different thermoelectric properties between the compensating wire and the thermocouple material, it is required that the two contact points at the connection have the same temperature, otherwise measurement errors will be introduced.
5) For ease of installation, multiple compensating wires can be selected, or waterproof, anti-corrosion, and fireproof compensating wires can be selected as needed.
6) By using compensating wires with a large diameter and conductivity, the resistance of the thermocouple circuit can be reduced, which is beneficial for the normal operation of the instrument and automatic temperature control.
