Recently, the 33rd China International Exhibition on Measurement, Control and Instrumentation came to an end at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition clearly demonstrated the innovative vitality and development trajectory of the instrumentation industry. Instrument Network was fortunate enough to conduct an exclusive interview at the exhibition siteAnhui Tiankang GroupMao Wenwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Joint Stock Co., Ltd., deeply explored the development code of this company, which has grown from a single instrument manufacturer to a multi industry group, and how it can achieve the leap from "Made in Anhui" to "the Belt and Road" export in the wave of intelligence and localization.

Three stage leap: the growth path from local instrument factories to global layout
The development trajectory of Anhui Tiankang Group is a vivid epitome of the transformation and upgrading of China's instrumentation industry. Since its establishment in 1974, it started with temperature instruments and started from a local instrument factory in Tianchang City. Now, it has grown into a diversified cross industry group with more than 30 subsidiaries and more than 6000 employees. Its business covers many fields such as instruments, cables and medical treatment, and has completed the leap from Anhui manufacturing to the Belt and Road export. Mao Zedong summarized this leap into three key stages.
The first stage is to solidify the manufacturing foundation and technological foundation. Mao Wenzhang introduced that Tiankang Group takes temperature instruments as the starting point, always focusing on technical polishing and quality improvement. Through intelligent transformation, it injects new momentum into traditional instruments, builds a solid foundation from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing", and gradually forms brand advantages.
The second stage is to unlock market barriers. Tiankang Group has laid out a global certification system in advance, obtaining multiple certifications such as 3C and TUV, and upgrading from a "simple product sales" to a comprehensive customized solution provider of "technology+service", promoting brand influence from domestic to international.
The third stage is to take the "the Belt and Road" easterly sailing. The group has expanded its territory in markets such as Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa, and improved its overseas channel layout. Currently, its products have entered more than 30 countries, and localized production has been achieved in Kazakhstan, Rwanda, and other places to accurately meet the needs of overseas markets.
Technological Breakthrough: Dual Breakthrough of Intelligence and Localization
Under the dual opportunities of intelligence and localization substitution, technological innovation has become the core driving force for the sustainable development of Tiankang Group. Mao Zedong mentioned that Tiankang Group has achieved two major technological breakthroughs:
On the one hand, reshaping the manufacturing system with intelligent speed. Through the self built Tiankang Industrial Internet platform, we will promote the upgrading of automated production and intelligent management, improve the production efficiency of flow meters, pressure meters and other products by more than 30%, and the intelligent coverage rate will exceed 70%, completing the transition from mechanical manufacturing to intelligent factory.
On the other hand, breaking foreign monopolies with hardcore technology. For example, the independently developed high-precision thin film temperature sensing chip has strong stability and excellent environmental resistance, which can directly replace imported products and solve the problem of core material "bottleneck"; COT cracking furnace products can withstand high temperatures above 1000 ℃ and high gas erosion environments, successfully replacing imported specialized onesthermocoupleBreaking through the technical limitations under special working conditions.
For the future, Tiankang Group's development mainly has the following three directions: first, to go to the sea and tackle high-precision sensors in extreme environments such as nuclear power, deep sea, and aviation, and establish a firm foothold in the field; The second is to break through cross-border development, develop medical grade high-precision micro temperature sensors, and promote the cross-border application of instrument technology in the medical and health field; The third is the integration revolution. Through the "industrial Internet plus+multi parameter chip technology", we solved the problem of integrated chips and built an independent and controllable industrial ecological chain.
Trinity Innovation: Empowering the Entire Chain from Research and Development to Transformation
Continuous technological breakthroughs cannot be achieved without a systematic innovation system. Tiankang Group has established a three-dimensional innovation path of "trinity":
In terms of R&D platform construction, the group has two core platforms: the National Enterprise Technology Center and the Anhui Province Intelligent Temperature Instrument Innovation Center. At the same time, it has established academician workstations and doctoral research workstations, forming a complete technology R&D system.
In terms of innovation incentive mechanism, the group has established a system of "allowing trial and error and tolerating failure", and encourages R&D personnel to make bold breakthroughs and promote high-quality innovation through special fund support, rapid verification channels, and achievement reward mechanisms.
In terms of industry university research cooperation, the group has partnered with Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation and ControlChina Electronics Technology Group CorporationThrough deep collaboration with research institutes such as Hefei University of Technology and Anhui University of Technology, as well as international enterprises such as ABB and Hollywell, multiple domestic breakthroughs have been achieved in the fields of measuring instruments, industrial chips, DCS systems, and more.
These innovative achievements are being transformed into multiple fields through the "feedback effect" of technology: special alloy processing technology is applied to the research and development of new materials, doubling the service life of corrosion-resistant protective sleeves; Modular intelligent detection system realizes batch calibration of temperature transmitters; Breakthroughs in CNC linkage and automatic welding processes have significantly improved production efficiency and machining accuracy. These achievements confirm Tiankang Group's pursuit of "craftsmanship and excellence", promoting products to enter the market and achieving dual growth of high added value and market.
At this exhibition, Tiankang Group focused on showcasing products such as COT cracking furnace specific thermocouples, hydrogenation flexible multi-point thermocouples, high-precision thin film temperature sensing chips, etc. Their measurement accuracy, spatial resolution, and stability all surpassed imported products.
At the same time, the intelligent instrument solution proposed by the group achieves remote real-time monitoring of key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level through IoT integration technology, effectively solving the problem of wired deployment, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs, and minimizing unplanned downtime, providing strong support for customers' intelligent upgrades.
From a single instrument manufacturer to a multi industry group, and from "Made in Anhui" to the "the Belt and Road" global layout, the development history of Anhui Tiankang Group is a vivid practice of China's instrument industry, which takes technology as the edge, innovation as the wing, constantly breaking through boundaries and embracing the world. As Mao Zedong stated, the Future Group will continue to deepen its technological accumulation, explore new opportunities in the industry, and continue to operate on the track of the instrumentation industryInject more momentum into industrial upgrading and development.
