In the field of basic measurement, Tiankang pressure gauges use a spring tube as the core structure and corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel and Monel alloy. They can accurately measure gas, liquid, and vapor pressures within the range of -0.1MPa to 60MPa. Taking the YBF series stainless steel pressure gauge as an example, it has passed the IP65 protection level certification and can operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 70 ℃, with a humidity tolerance of up to 90%. Tiankang has developed a diaphragm pressure gauge series to meet the measurement needs of special media. Taking YPF type diaphragm pressure gauge as an example, it adopts Hastelloy C-276 diaphragm, which can withstand strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent corrosion, and the measurement range is extended to -80kPa to 60MPa. This product is designed with flange connection and supports online cleaning, effectively preventing crystallization medium blockage. It performs well in processes such as nitric acid production and pharmaceutical fermentation. Experimental data shows that under a high temperature environment of 200 ℃, the temperature additional error is controlled within 0.06%/℃.

In terms of intelligent upgrading, the Tiankang YS-100 series digital pressure gauge integrates diffusion silicon oil filled sensor and microprocessor technology, achieving five digit LCD digital display and 4-20mA signal output. This product supports wide temperature operation from -10 ℃ to 80 ℃, with overvoltage protection up to 1.5 times the range, and long-term stability better than ± 0.5% FS/year. In the construction of smart grids, it has successfully replaced imported products and achieved remote monitoring of SF6 gas pressure in substations.
