On the afternoon of July 30th, the 7th Workers' (Members') Representative Conference of the 6th Committee of Anhui Tiankang Group Trade Union was successfully held at the Group Conference Center. Mao Wenwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Secondly, we must work together to overcome difficulties and fully ensure the stable development of the group. The representatives of the vast number of employees should lead and unite every employee, regardless of their position or role, with a high sense of responsibility and mission, conscientiously fulfill their job responsibilities, continuously improve their business abilities and comprehensive qualities, and contribute to the stable development of the group. The third is to offer suggestions and contribute wisdom, and work together to promote the efficient development of the group. Every employee representative of the group shoulders the responsibility of contributing wisdom to the development of the enterprise. In daily work, whether it is about product innovation, process improvement, market expansion, or management optimization, cost control, etc., everyone should speak their minds and offer good strategies, contributing their wisdom and strength to promote the efficient development of the group.

The meeting approved the list of additional employee (member) representatives and the draft personnel and salary reform plan of Anhui Tiankang Group.
