In order to enhance the understanding of Anhui Tiankang Photovoltaic products and production processes among new employees, enable them to integrate into the new work environment as soon as possible, keep up with the pace of old employees, improve the daily production capacity of photovoltaics, and improve their technological level, reduce defective products, and increase the pass rate, Anhui Tiankang Photovoltaic recently launched new employee training.

This training is the responsibility of the Production Department. The training content is compiled and summarized by a dedicated person based on the adverse reports from the Quality Department and the Technical Department. The new employees have a certain understanding of the photovoltaic production operation process and recognize that some previous irregular operations will be helpful for future production. At the same time, it also makes us realize the significance of this training. In the future, we will regularly conduct training to improve employees' operational level and process level, so that Anhui Tiankang photovoltaic modules can be produced with quality and quantity guaranteed.
