Comparison between YW2000, YW3000 intelligent power monitoring instruments and conventional power transmitters

Before the emergence of comprehensive power transmitters such as YW2000 intelligent power monitoring instrument and YW3000 power parameter acquisition module, in order to measure various power parameters, the solution of power transmitter plus PLC/industrial computer or other A/D acquisition equipment was widely used in power supply and distribution monitoring systems, and the application was mature with numerous products, playing a huge role in the development of the power industry. • The harmonic components in power lines have a significant impact on the accuracy of transmitters. In some special situations, such as places where high-power motors start frequently, the measurement accuracy of transmitters is affected by harmonics, which reduces the accuracy of output signals;

• Due to the need for analog acquisition of DC output signals such as 4-20mA/0-5V sent by the transmitter, it is required to configure an A/D module or board. In addition, considering the cost of a single signal cable, the overall cost is relatively high.

The YW2000 intelligent power monitoring instrument, YW3000 power parameter acquisition module and other comprehensive power transmitters use * software algorithms and reliable hardware circuits, breaking through traditional boundaries, transmitting power data through communication networks, and making power acquisition/transmission more concise.

• Powerful communication function and simple networking: using ModBus communication protocol, it can communicate with various brands of PLCs, RTUs, and industrial control configuration software through network communication;
