6、 Technical characteristics of silicone rubber fire-resistant cable
The electrical and physical mechanical properties of the product are the same as those of ordinary similar products;
The current carrying capacity of the cable is the same as that of ordinary similar products;
The fire resistance characteristics should comply with the requirements of GB/T19666-2005 standard: the 2A fuse of the cable should not melt during the combustion test.
The reference outer diameter of fire-resistant cables is 15% larger than that of ordinary products of the same model with a cross-sectional area of 25m ㎡ or less, and 25% larger than that of ordinary products of the same model with a cross-sectional area of 25m ㎡ or more.
5. The finished cable should undergo a power frequency AC voltage test of 3500V/5min without insulation breakdown.
The insulation resistance of the 6 finished cable insulation cores should not be less than 50M Ω when converted to a cable length of 1k and a temperature of 20 ℃
