2working principle

The structural principle of the blowing thermocouple is to form a certain gas path between the temperature sensing element of the armored thermocouple and the outer protective tube. In the gas path, a certain pressure of inert gas is introduced to eliminate or reduce the infiltration of trace tantalum elements into the thermocouple under high temperature and high pressure conditions, which increases the suction characteristics of the blowing thermocouple and extends the service life of the armored thermocouple. 3classification

There are three types of blowing thermocouples: blowing flow type, blowing positive pressure type, and no blowing type. Non blowing type is suitable for temperatures below 1200 ℃, and it is recommended to install vertically.
