Introduction to the application of bimetallic thermometers with thermocouples (resistors)
Date: 2015-06-15Read: 13

The integration of bimetallic thermometers and thermocouples (resistors) meets both on-site temperature measurement requirements and long-distance transmission needs. A bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple/thermal resistance is a temperature sensor that displays on-site and transmits electrical signals remotely. The bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistance) temperature transmitter can both indicate temperature on site and transmit thermocouple (resistance) and two-wire temperature transmitter signals. As a new generation thermometer, the bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistance) temperature transmitter can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, textiles, food, and national defense.

The WSSE (P) bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistance) temperature transmitter produced by Anhui Tiankang Group (Tianchang Kangtai Instrument Cable Factory) is a temperature sensor for on-site display and remote transmission of electrical signals.
Integrated thermocouple (resistor), bimetallic thermometer or temperature transmitter.
Suitable for long-term work in harsh environments.
The remote transmission of electrical signals has high accuracy and stable operation. It can also be directly output in the form of a two-wire system to improve the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission.
Measurement range: -80~500 ℃
Display accuracy level: 1.5 level, 1.0 level
Remote transmission signal deviation:
a. Level I: allowable deviation ± 1.5 ℃
b. Level II: allowable deviation ± 2.5 ℃
c. Division number: Pt100 (platinum resistance) Allowable deviation:
*; ±(0.15 0.002∣t∣)
B-level; ±(0.30 0.005∣t∣)
Transmission method of temperature transmitter: two-wire system (4-20mA)
The working power supply voltage of the transmitter is as low as 12V and as high as 35V, with a standard working voltage of 24V
Normal working environment:
a. Environmental temperature: -25 ℃~80 ℃ (not higher than 70 ℃ in hazardous areas)
b. Relative humidity: 5% to 95%
C. There is no medium in the surrounding air that can cause corrosion of the transmitter
Environmental temperature impact: ≤ 0.05%/1 ℃
