1. The electric contact pressure gauge is actually a circuit switch operated by the pressure gauge. It only has an additional electric contact signal device on the ordinary pressure gauge. Therefore, the calibration of the pressure part is the same as that of the ordinary pressure gauge, except that after the pressure part is calibrated and qualified, the calibration of the electric contact signal device still needs to be added.

2. Steps for calibrating electric contact pressure gauges

Install the pressure gauge on the calibrator, use a needle setter to move the two signal contact pointers beyond the upper and lower limits, and then perform indication verification. After the indication verification is qualified, the upper and lower limit signal contact pointers are set at three or more different verification points, and the pressure is slowly increased or decreased until the instantaneous signal is emitted. At this time, the deviation between the reading of the standard pressure gauge and the indication of the signal pointer shall not exceed the absolute value of the allowable basic error.
