So what aspects does the work environment include?
1. Environmental humidity, high humidity environments can accelerate atmospheric corrosion and reduce electrical insulation, so the selection of instruments should consider the protection level of vortex flowmeters. The protection level of on-site instruments should reach IP65. When choosing a location, it is advisable to choose a dry and ventilated area.
2. Environmental temperature. The electronic components of the instrument will definitely have different effects depending on the temperature, and the temperature is closely related to whether the instrument can work stably. The impact of environmental stability has been fully prepared and tested during the instrument development and design phase. The selection data and installation instructions of the instrument will specify the range of working environment temperature for the instrument.
3. For safety, explosion-proof flow meters should be selected for hazardous environments that are prone to flammability and explosion. The corresponding explosion-proof level should be chosen according to the type and concentration of explosive gases on site.
4. Electromagnetic interference is an issue that needs to be considered because it can interfere with accuracy. When installing, it is important to choose to install as far away from strong electrical equipment as possible to provide a better working environment for the instrument. From the perspective of instrument performance, the instrument should be selected based on its technical performance in terms of series mode interference, common mode interference, radio frequency interference, and anti-static interference. The combination of the above aspects can eliminate any worries.
