Compared to some traditional temperature sensors, WRNK armored thermocouples can quickly sense temperature changes and provide timely feedback signals, which is very important for processes that require real-time monitoring and temperature control, helping to improve production efficiency and product quality; It can work normally in high-pressure environments and is suitable for temperature measurement inside high-pressure reactors in some special industrial scenarios, such as the petrochemical industry; Its armor structure can effectively resist external electromagnetic fields and other interference factors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.
Measurement steps for WRNK armored thermocouple:
1. Preparation stage
-Check the integrity of the equipment: Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the appearance of the thermocouple is not damaged, deformed, or corroded, especially the protective sleeve and junction box should be intact and undamaged. At the same time, ensure that the compensation wire is connected correctly and insulated properly.
-Calibration benchmark setting: Using a constant temperature source (such as a freezing point bath or high-temperature furnace) as a reference for standard calibration, the accuracy of the measured thermocouple is verified by comparing the thermoelectric potential values at a known temperature. For example, the armored thermocouple being tested can be replaced with one of the calibration devices, and the difference between it and the standard thermocouple can be compared after the reading stabilizes.
-Environmental adaptability testing: Simulate environmental conditions (such as humidity, vibration, etc.) based on actual application scenarios, observe whether the thermocouple can work stably and eliminate interference factors.
2. Installation and fixation
-Choose a suitable location: avoid installing it too close to the heating element, try to keep it horizontal to reduce the impact of shaking; If there is medium flow, the tilt angle needs to be adjusted to ensure that the measuring end fully contacts the object being measured. In addition, the installation location should be convenient for subsequent maintenance and reading operations.
-Ensure good contact: Ensure that the thermocouple is tightly attached to the surface of the object being measured, and if necessary, take fixing measures to prevent loosening or displacement from causing errors. For solid surface temperature measurement, it is necessary to clean the impurities on the contact surface to ensure conductivity efficiency.
3. Data collection and analysis
-Stable reading recording: When the system reaches equilibrium, record the temperature value and corresponding time point displayed on the instrument. Repeat multiple measurements and take the average to improve reliability.
-Dynamic response assessment: Utilizing the fast response characteristics of armored thermocouples (usually 0.5-1 second), monitor temperature fluctuations in a short period of time, and determine whether there are abnormal delays or overshoot phenomena.
4. Verification and adjustment of results
-Cross validation: Conduct comparative experiments by replacing thermocouples of different models or batches to confirm the consistency of measurement results. If deviations are found beyond the allowable range, the cause should be promptly identified and corrected.
-Long term tracking and monitoring: Regularly retest the same location and establish a historical database for trend analysis and fault warning.
