On November 5-7, 2021, the final of the 3rd Anhui Province Wire and Cable Manufacturing (Twisting) Vocational Skills Competition of the "Tiankang Cup" was successfully held at Anhui Tiankang Group. Xu Jianqing, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Hui Hui, Chairman of the Provincial Machinery and Metallurgy Union, Li Ying, Director of the Member Office of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Ruixue, Vice Chairman of the Chuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, and other leaders from the province, Chuzhou, and Tianchang Federation of Trade Unions attended the opening ceremony of the finals. Zhou Ji'an, Vice Mayor of Tianchang City, Yang Chaohui, Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhao Kuan, President of the Provincial Wire and Cable Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Anhui Tiankang Group, were invited to attend. Xu Jianqing delivered a speech and announced the opening of the competition. Zhou Ji'an and Zhao Kuan delivered speeches respectively, and Hui Hui presided over the opening ceremony.

This competition is jointly organized by the Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Anhui Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the GQT Anhui Provincial Committee. It is jointly hosted by the Anhui Provincial Machinery and Metallurgy Union and the Anhui Provincial Wire and Cable Chamber of Commerce, aiming to fully implement xjpzsjThe guiding spirit for the work of skilled talents, promoting the construction of a province with a large number of skilled workers and a strong manufacturing province, promoting the cultivation of high skilled talents in the mechanical industry, improving the overall skill level of workers in the wire and cable industry, and meeting the needs of high-quality development of the wire and cable manufacturing industry. The competition started in June and was completed in two stages: preliminaries and finals. It has received high attention from leaders at all levels of the province and city, attracting more than 30 companies and 260 contestants from across the province to participate widely. Finally, 60 contestants from 13 companies officially entered the finals.

This competition also invited Mr. Wu Changshun, an expert in the cable industry and deputy director of the China Research Committee for Insulated Cables of International Power Grid, to provide pre competition guidance to the finalists and provide technical comments on the competition at the award ceremony.

After a three-day theoretical and practical competition, Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., Ltd. won the first prize in the group, Anhui Huaneng Cable Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui Huining Electrical Instrument Group Co., Ltd. won the second prize in the group, and Chizhou Qifan Cable Co., Ltd., Anhui Hualing Cable Group Co., Ltd., and Anhui Pacific Cable Co., Ltd. won the third prize in the group; Jiang Shihu from Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., Ltd. won the personal crown, while Ding Bisheng, Wu Youhua, and Ding Yuan from Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., LtdLin, Li Jialong, and Wang Kaiwu from Anhui Huaneng Cable Group Co., Ltd. won individual second prizes, while Jiang Song and Zhang Xincheng from Anhui Tiankang (Group) Co., Ltd., Ye Mingsong from Anhui Hualing Cable Group Co., Ltd., Wu Benyong from Anhui Huaneng Cable Group Co., Ltd., Chen Zhengrong from Anhui Huining Electrical Instrument Group Co., Ltd., and Zhao Hongchun from Anhui Tiancai Cable Group Co., Ltd. won individual third prizes.
