Precautions for installation and commissioning of small float level switch
The small float level switch only needs to recalibrate the water level line before we install it. The switch itself cannot be adjusted. At this point, use a multimeter to measure the status of the switch, and it will switch on and off with the water level near the waterline, indicating that there is no problem. Just ensure that the installation process is consistent with the water level line of the thermal equipment. For example, the liquid level switch of SOR is usually attached to the water level line on the cylinder wall. We soak the switch in the sink and slowly sink it to make the water surface gradually approach the marking line. When we approach, we will hear the sound of the micro switch action.
It should be noted that the working temperature of high pressure level switches and other components is high, and the water temperature inside is also high; The density of high-temperature water should be lower than that of room temperature water. Therefore, the action line of room temperature water is lower than the switch identification line.
The low liquid level alarm is connected to the normally closed (NC), and the high liquid level alarm is connected to the normally open (NO). This type of switch is not difficult to install. The liquid level switch itself will be equipped with two or more pairs of micro switches, which output two pairs of normally open and two pairs of normally closed contacts respectively. When applied, it is usually 'connected alarm'.
Working principle of small float level switch
Using the magnetic float of a small float level switch, the sensor detects the movement of the reed switch chip at the set position inside the tube as the liquid level rises or falls, and sends out a contact on/off conversion signal.
One or more reed switches are installed inside a sealed non-magnetic tube, and then the tube is passed through one or more hollow floating balls with circular magnets inside. The rise or fall of the liquid will drive the floating balls to move up and down together, causing the reed switches inside the non-magnetic tube to produce a suction or disconnection action, thereby outputting a switch signal

High temperature liquid level switch
principle
