The wear resistance performance of Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor protection tube is very important

Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor is suitable for temperature measurement in various corrosive media in the chemical industry and is a temperature measuring instrument in many industries. In different industries, the protective tube and corrosion resistance of Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor vary. Below, the editor will briefly introduce the common protective tubes and their corrosion resistance performance of Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor, so that everyone can correctly choose the Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor protective tube when using it.

Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor has two types: anti-corrosion copper resistor and anti-corrosion platinum resistor. Anti corrosion platinum resistor is the most commonly used Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermistor. It is the most commonly used temperature detector in the medium and low temperature zone. Its main features are high measurement accuracy and stable performance. Among them, platinum resistance thermometers have the highest measurement accuracy, and they are not only widely used in industrial temperature measurement, but also made into standard reference instruments.

1. The Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor adopts a multi-layer anti-corrosion structure (the protective tube of the Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor anti-corrosion layer is usually a thick walled 316L or 904L steel pipe with an overall sintered polytetrafluoroethylene layer and wear-resistant anti-corrosion layer). The anti-corrosion effect and service life have been proven by long-term use experiments of many domestic enterprises.

2. The PTFE anti-corrosion layer of Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor is sintered by our company using a whole sintering process, which solves the problem of joint leakage that cannot be avoided by other manufacturing processes. The application of this technology has enabled our company's Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor and other anti-corrosion products to have an average service life of over one year (in an environment without significant wear and tear).

3. At the site of use, there is often severe erosion of the anti-corrosion layer of the thermal resistor by high flow rate measured medium particles. Our Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistor has a layer of wear-resistant material outside the anti-corrosion layer, which can effectively extend the service life of the anti-corrosion layer by 8-10 times in environments with erosion. It is different from other similar Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistors in China.

4. Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistors all use domestic components, and the entire product has stable and reliable performance. Its service life is several times longer than that of similar Anhui Tiankang PT100 thermal resistors in China, and it can work for a long time in the temperature range of ≤ 220 ℃.
