Brief Introduction
Platform architecture:
The platform adopts an open layered distributed network structure, mainly composed of device layer, transport layer, data layer, and application layer.
The equipment layer mainly consists of various monitoring, metering, protection, governance, energy conversion equipment and local subsystems, including multifunctional power instruments, HVAC instruments, comprehensive protection devices, motor protection controllers, reactive power compensation/active filtering devices, inverters, intelligent lighting control devices, charging piles, temperature sensors, electrical fire monitoring equipment, surge monitoring equipment, as well as photovoltaic/wind power generation systems, energy storage systems and other subsystems, providing various communication and networking methods for various equipment or subsystems to meet the requirements of relevant national product standards.
The data fusion terminal of the transport layer adopts an embedded system with serial port, network port LoRa、 Multiple data communication interfaces such as fiber optic cables, supporting ModBus RTU, IEC60870-5-103, DLT645-1997/2007, OPC, UA, BACNet, TCP/IP and other communication protocols, are compatible with the vast majority of smart devices in the industry. The data fusion terminal supports local storage, breakpoint resume, and power failure alarm functions. After collecting data, it is compressed, encrypted, and uploaded to the platform to ensure stable, secure, and reliable data transmission.
The platform data layer displays and stores real-time/historical data, alarms, business, operation logs, and other data, and provides data access interfaces for third-party systems to use. It has powerful data reception, processing, display, storage, and access capabilities. Authorized users can access data, receive alarm information, and inspect enterprise microgrid equipment as required through various terminal devices such as PC, PAD, and mobile phone. The overall structure of the platform is shown in the figure.

By displaying real-time data on mains electricity, photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, charging piles, and other loads on a large screen, one can quickly understand the energy operation situation.
optimal control
Intuitively display energy production and flow, including the production and consumption processes of various energy sources, improve the consumption of new energy through optimized control, peak shaving and valley filling, smooth system output, and display the comparison of energy curves before and after optimization.
intelligent prediction
Based on meteorological data and historical data, predict the power and load of photovoltaic and wind power generation, compare and analyze them with actual power, and optimize scheduling through energy storage systems and load control to reduce demand and electricity costs.
Energy Consumption Analysis
Collect the consumption of various energy media such as electricity, water, natural gas, and cold/heat in enterprises, compare them on a month on month basis, display energy flow, benchmark energy consumption, and convert them into standard coal or carbon emissions.
ordered charging
The system supports the connection of AC and DC charging stations, and controls them in conjunction with the enterprise load and transformer capacity, as well as the transformer load rate, to guide users to charge in an orderly manner and ensure the safe operation of the enterprise microgrid.
Operation and Maintenance Inspection
The system supports task management, inspection/defect/alarm/repair records, and notification work order management, and tracks the trajectory of operation and maintenance personnel through Beidou positioning to achieve closed-loop management of the operation and maintenance process.
