·Analog acquisition module: Suitable for various signal types such as 0-10V, 4-20mA, thermocouples, and thermal resistors, and can be flexibly connected to various industrial sensors;
·Weighing acquisition module: Built in high-precision ADC and digital filtering algorithm, suitable for dynamic weighing applications such as ingredient control, packaging weighing, online detection, etc;
·Equipment running time recorder: automatically records the start stop and cumulative running time of equipment, providing objective data basis for preventive maintenance and equipment efficiency analysis;
·Communication isolation module: fully compatible with the standard Modbus RTU protocol, supporting multiple bus interfaces such as RS-232 and RS-485. The fully isolated solution has an isolation voltage of up to 2500Vrms, effectively solving the problems of ground loop and common mode interference in industrial sites, and ensuring stable communication between the control layer and the equipment layer.

The industrial site environment is complex, and strong electromagnetic interference generated by equipment such as frequency converters and high-power motors, as well as differences in ground potential between devices, often lead to signal drift, communication data loss, and even module damage. In response to the above issues, all acquisition modules in the series adopt a three terminal isolation design for power, signal, and communication, with a common mode rejection ratio of over 90dB, ensuring the accuracy of data acquisition and the continuity of system operation in harsh environments. The working temperature range of the product covers -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, with wide power supply adaptability, and can easily cope with various industrial scenarios.
