During the operation of the grain cooler, the belt tension should be appropriate, and the friction and consumption of each component are high. Good lubrication is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Secondly, regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of the grain cooler should be carried out, and wear and tear repairs should be carried out regularly. Regularly check the use of bearings, and do not add materials to the equipment when it is turned off, because if there are still materials in the grain cooler and it is being turned off, the materials can easily damage the equipment and burn out the power supply. If any abnormal sounds or agitation occur during the homework process, the equipment must be stopped immediately and checked for abnormalities. Otherwise, any accidents will be uncontrollable.
  
The operation of a grain cooler depends not only on objective environmental limitations that affect its normal use, but also on the operator's work experience. Sometimes the problems that occur are not the fault of the operators, because in earlier national standards and enterprise manuals, it was generally stated that the applicable operating conditions of the grain cooler are -10 ℃ -43 ℃.
In this situation, some grain depot operators arbitrarily set the temperature and humidity of the air outlet, regardless of the environmental temperature and humidity at the time, and forcibly turn on the equipment regardless of whether it is suitable for operation, resulting in many unexpected malfunctions.
The applicable operating conditions of the grain cooler are -10 ℃ -43 ℃. This description is not very rigorous. I think it should be noted that some artificial auxiliary measures need to be taken when turning on the device.
The above scope is only applicable to ordinary working conditions, as the intelligence of the equipment can automatically adjust the number of compressors in operation according to different situations, achieving the set temperature and humidity required for work. If used in harsh environments, unexpected problems may arise.
For example, if the ambient temperature is low and the humidity is high, ordinary ventilation fans cannot be used. At this time, a grain cooler can be used to cool and dehumidify the stored grain. When using equipment, special attention should be paid to whether the preheating time of the compressor is sufficient, and the number of compressors turned on should be reduced as appropriate. If waiting for the device to automatically unload takes a long time to adjust, we can manually stop the number of working compressors.
2. When the ambient temperature is high and the humidity is high, ordinary ventilation fans cannot be used. In this case, using a grain cooler to cool and dehumidify the stored grain is just right. The refrigeration compressor should be fully turned on, and the key is the operating method, that is, the temperature and humidity settings of the air outlet. Whether the setting is reasonable at this time directly affects the cooling effect and the length of time. Some people set the temperature to T=8 and the relative humidity to R=50%, which is not conducive to the operation of the equipment. This usually causes the evaporator to frost and the compressor to frost, and there may also be a shutdown phenomenon for a long time.
Due to the fact that the Dongfu Grain Cooling Machine has three independent refrigeration systems, the evaporator channels are affected by the air pressure of the centrifugal fan, resulting in different evaporation pressures. When the set temperature is low and the humidity is low, the equipment will reduce the fan speed and increase the post heating level to meet the requirements of the outlet temperature and humidity. When working in the same environment, the two devices have a significant difference in fan frequency, and the cooling effect on the grain silo is also completely different.
After years of exploration and research, a consensus has been reached that the setting of the equipment's air outlet temperature can be achieved through phased cooling, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort in practical use.
