11. Start up and conduct experiments. Within 1 working day (8 hours), measure 2 batches of 38 industrial analysis full index samples (including weighing and cooling);

12. The device is equipped with an external display screen with an electronic balance in front, which displays the balance data in real time, facilitating the weighing of samples and improving work efficiency.

13. Adopting a split structure (consisting of water ash testing and volatile matter testing), the structure is simple and can operate stably for a long time.

14. Equipped with an air compressor to drive the automatic opening of the water ash furnace door, while providing combustion supporting gas for ash testing without the need for oxygen.

15. The sample delivery mechanism used for volatile matter testing ensures that the sample is smoothly and reliably delivered into the furnace, avoiding the phenomenon of sample tipping over or sliding down.
