Constant temperature and humidity incubatorBy using a temperature control system (coordinating heating and cooling systems) and a humidity control system (coordinating humidification and dehumidification systems), combined with an air circulation system, dynamic balance adjustment of the indoor environment is achieved.
Temperature control:
Heating system: Using electric heating tubes (such as stainless steel heating tubes), heat is evenly transferred to the box through an air circulation system (such as centrifugal fans), and the temperature is raised to the set value.
Refrigeration system: A closed-loop system consisting of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator, which removes heat from the box through refrigerant phase change (liquid to gas heat absorption) and lowers the temperature to the set value.
Dynamic balance: The control system monitors the temperature in real time through sensors, instructs the heating or cooling system to adjust, and maintains the target temperature.
Humidity control:
Humidification system: commonly used electric humidification (evaporating water through electric heating) or ultrasonic humidification (breaking water into small droplets through high-frequency vibration) to increase the water vapor content inside the box.
Dehumidification system: The mainstream method is refrigeration dehumidification (using the principle of low-temperature condensation to liquefy and separate water vapor in the air); The auxiliary method is adsorption dehumidification (using materials such as silica gel and molecular sieves to adsorb water vapor).
Dynamic balance: The control system monitors humidity in real time through sensors, instructs the humidification or dehumidification system to adjust, and maintains the target humidity.
Air circulation system:
Composed of a centrifugal fan and an air duct, the air inside the box is forced to circulate (sucked in → heated/cooled/humidified/dehumidified components → sent out again), avoiding local temperature or humidity differences and ensuring thermal and humidity uniformity (most equipment requires temperature and humidity uniformity of ≤± 2 ℃/± 5% RH).
