1、 Scope of application and functions
Mainly suitable for testing the breakdown strength and voltage resistance of solid insulation materials (such as plastics, rubber, laminates, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulation paints, and other insulation materials and components) under power frequency voltage or DC voltage.
This instrument is controlled by a computer and is a brand new third-generation dielectric breakdown detection instrument independently developed by our company. The electronic control system of this instrument is controlled by Siemens PLC, and the data acquisition method is optically isolated to effectively solve the anti-interference problem during the test process. The software operation is convenient and can display dynamic curves in real time. At the same time, the boost rate is infinitely adjustable, and the boost rate can be adjusted according to one's own needs within the range of 10V-5000V/S. It is in a domestic position(Domestic manufacturers that can achieve this function)Make the boost rate truly uniform and accurate, and be able to accurately measure the data of leakage current. Real time drawing of experimental curves, display of experimental data, accurate judgment, and the ability to save, analyze, and print experimental data.
This system can automatically identify sample breakdown and collect breakdown voltage data and leakage current. At the same time, it can quickly reduce the voltage and automatically reset to zero at the moment of breakdown. The software system is easy to operate, has stable performance, and is safe and reliable.
