1、 Scope of application and functions

GB/T 9141.8-1999 Test method for sliding friction coefficient of flexible graphite sheet

Suitable for testing the sliding friction and wear performance of plastic products, rubber products, graphite sheets, or other composite materials. It can also be used to determine the friction force, friction coefficient, and wear amount of the test specimens.

This instrument integrates the current intelligent circuit system for control, and is upgraded and transformed by combining the functions of the old M-200 friction and wear testing machine. This instrument has the advantages of high measurement and control accuracy and convenient operation, and is a testing equipment for research institutes, quality inspection institutions, and laboratories.

The M-200 friction and wear testing machine mainly consists of two parts: the testing host and the intelligent control system. It is operated and tested through a microcomputer control system. During the testing process, it can display numerical values, torque, and time curves, and can freely set the number of tests, display the current test value, set time, and current test time. It is equipped with a color printer and can print test reports with standard requirements such as curves and table data.
