1. Scope of application

The EX506 portable concentration kettle is suitable for measuring the concentration of various suspensions, slurries, coal water and other solutions. It uses a stainless steel kettle to collect solutions, and based on the principle that density equals the ratio of mass to volume, the density of the solution is first measured. Then, according to the density to concentration conversion formula or density to concentration comparison table, the solution concentration is calculated or checked to obtain the solution concentration. It is a product for measuring uneven solution concentration.

3. Measurement principle of EX506 portable concentration pot

When measuring the concentration of a solution using the traditional specific gravity bottle/kettle method, the solution is first filled with a standard volume of specific gravity bottle or kettle, and then its weight is measured using a balance or platform scale. The measured weight is then subtracted from the weight of the specific gravity bottle or kettle to obtain the mass of the solution. The density of the solution is then obtained by dividing the mass of the solution by the volume of the solution, and the concentration of the solution is obtained by looking up the density/concentration comparison table. The errors introduced in the entire operation process include the accuracy error of the platform scale, the volume error of the specific gravity bottle or kettle, the error caused by manual reading of the scale, and the error caused by manual calculation. The entire operation process is cumbersome and time-consuming, and the measured values can only be manually recorded or entered by the testing personnel. In some cases, there are errors in the testing process. The phenomenon of personnel directly filling in data without testing.

The measurement principle of EX506 portable concentration kettle is similar to that of traditional density bottle/kettle, which is based on the principle that the density of the solution is equal to the ratio of mass to volume. It automates the method of measuring density using traditional density bottle/kettle.

4. Features of EX506 portable concentration kettle

The EX506 concentration kettle adopts an imported tension sensor with C6 precision.

The material of EX506 concentration pot sensor alloy steel ensures its long-term stable use, and will not cause deformation of the force measuring spring during long-term use like spring scales or platform scales, thereby deteriorating linearity and affecting measurement accuracy.

The EX506 concentration bottle adopts a low-temperature float device, and its measurement results are not affected by changes in external temperature. At the same time, the use of a 24 bit division AD converter and a 16 bit CPU further confirms the measurement accuracy and speed. The Han display LCD screen displays the concentration value in real time, up to 0.1%.

The EX506 concentration pot provides the function of storing and calculating the average value of stored data. During on-site testing, multiple samples may need to be taken, and then the average density value of each sample will be calculated. Press the "Storage" button on the instrument, and the current displayed value will be immediately saved. Press the "Average" button, and the screen will display the three most recently stored data and the average value.

The EX506 concentration bottle is calibrated using pure water or a standard 500g weight, and the operation is simple.

The EX506 concentration pot can store density and concentration conversion formulas, as well as 10 solution density concentration comparison tables.

The EX506 concentration kettle is powered by a lithium battery and equipped with accessories such as a charger. The overall weight of the instrument does not exceed 500 grams.
