Usage process:

Working on the rubber roller in a stuck state can cause problems due to insufficient coating amount. For example, quality issues such as poor appearance (bubble formation) and poor adhesive strength. In order to prevent such problems from happening again, LDX-302 plate washing solution should be used to clean the coating roller in order to obtain the appropriate coating amount.

Operation steps:

1. Use ordinary solvents and cotton cloth to remove the adhesive on the surface of the mesh roller.

2. Use a brush to evenly apply LDX-302 plate washing solution to the surface of the mesh roller, wrap it with polyethylene film, and let it sit for fifteen to thirty minutes (due to the correlation between chemical reaction rate and temperature. The reaction accelerates when the temperature is high, and vice versa. Therefore, the placement time can be shorter in summer and longer in winter).

3. Use a copper brush and ordinary solvent (or water) to wash the surface of the mesh roller until it is clean. Wipe the solvent or water off the surface of the mesh roller until it is smooth. At this point, the mesh roller should be smooth and clean.

If the above operation fails to achieve the degree of cleaning, the above operation steps can be repeated 2-3 times.
