Thyristor tester 0-6000V/Chinese and Western equipment model: KM1-DBC-025 Stock number: M208254
This tester complies with the national standards GB4023-83 "Testing Methods for Semiconductor Devices, Rectifiers, and Diodes" and GB-4024-83 "Semiconductor Reverse Resistance | Interruption
The testing method for triode thyristors "can test various thyristors (KP, KK, KA, KS) and thyristor modules for VDSM, VRSM, VDRM
VRRM, IDSM, IRSM, IDRM, IRRM and various rectifier diodes (ZP, ZK) with VRSM, VRRM, IRSM, IRRM and other parameters.
IGBT、 Semiconductor devices such as field-effect transistors, rectifier bridges, solid-state relays, optocouplers, etc. can all be tested. The circuit design is simple and refined, controlled by a microcontroller,
It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, accurate testing, and convenient protection and maintenance. It is a semiconductor such as thyristor, thyristor, and rectifier
The testing equipment used by device units, distributors, and complete machine units to detect the volt ampere characteristic (also known as resistance/break characteristic) parameters of devices.
Main technical indicators:
1. Peak voltage measurement range: 0-3000V, 0-4500V, 0-6000V, 0-9000V optional, other ranges can also be customized
2. Peak leakage current measurement range: 0-100mA, 0-200mA optional, other ranges can also be customized
3. Peak leakage current protection setting range: 0-99mA, 0-198mA
4. The built-in LCD oscilloscope can observe the waveform of the volt ampere characteristic curve of the dynamic peak voltage and peak leakage current changes
Instrument testing usage method:
1. Check that the high-voltage adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to zero, turn on the power switch, and connect the tested tube according to polarity.
2. Adjust the various functions of the oscilloscope (light spot position, color, thickness, etc.) to the appropriate state according to personal habits.
3. Set the protection settings to the required leakage current value for protection. The number on the dip switch represents 1mA, which can be set to 99mA. Generally
When measuring room temperature voltage, the protection setting is around 5mA.
4. Place the forward/reverse button in the forward position (when not pressed), slowly adjust the high voltage adjustment knob clockwise, observe the oscilloscope, and when the waveform shows a turning point,
When there is leakage current displayed on the leakage current meter, the voltage at this time is the forward non repetitive peak voltage. Generally, 90% of the non repetitive peak voltage is taken as the repetitive peak voltage, and the voltage is adjusted to the repetitive peak voltage. The leakage current at this voltage is the repetitive peak leakage current. Then turn the high-voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, and place the forward/reverse button in reverse (when pressed). Use the same method to measure the reverse non repetitive peak voltage, reverse repetitive peak voltage, and reverse repetitive peak leakage current. If leakage current flows through the protection setting value during the testing process, the protection will activate, the protection indicator light will turn on, and the equipment will automatically disconnect the high voltage applied to the A and K terminals of the tested tube. At this time, turn the high voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to the bottom, and the instrument will automatically reset.
Precautions for use:
The ground terminal of the three wire power plug should be fully grounded.
2. After testing the peak voltage, it is necessary to develop the habit of promptly setting the high voltage adjustment knob to zero. It is forbidden to adjust the protection setting and forward/reverse direction when applying high voltage
It is strictly prohibited to touch the conductive parts of the components with hands during the process to avoid electric shock.
When testing a tube core without a radiator, a certain amount of pressure should be applied to prevent poor internal contact of the tube core, which may cause testing errors or damage due to internal ignition
Tested component.
When testing the voltage resistance of components, it is advisable to avoid detecting protective actions to ensure that the components are not damaged by breakdown.
Main technical indicators for 0-6000V:
