Explain the functions of ErgoVR CAVE virtual reality human-computer interaction evaluation laboratory
Date: 2023-12-25Read: 6
1. Standardized virtual reality human-computer interaction experimental testing process
The laboratory can meet the research needs of the entire process of human-computer interaction testing in virtual reality environment, covering the standardized testing process of project and subject information management, cloud experiment design, subjective and objective multi-dimensional data collection, big data cloud storage, multi-dimensional data synchronization and cross analysis, test report generation and export, ensuring the integrity of the project and the accuracy of the test results.
2. Cloud project management and participant information
Complete cloud project management covers the entire scientific research process, including cloud project management, experimental design, synchronous recording, data playback, signal processing and analysis, and test report export. It can manage and edit the relevant information of each participant, such as gender, age, custom attributes, etc. During the data analysis stage, the cognitive, emotional state, and behavioral characteristics of specific groups can be filtered and analyzed through participant information screening.
3. Seamless integration with virtual reality development engines
Product prototypes that support the use of VR development platforms such as Unity3D, UE4, WorldViz Vizard, Ansys VRXperience, etc. can be created through real-time data communication using the ErgoVR human factors analysis engine. They can be easily imported into the experimental design system for human-computer interaction analysis, and the system automatically calculates and identifies all models.
4. Cross analysis of subjective and objective data
The laboratory supports traditional usability testing research methods, including subjective evaluation methods such as questionnaires, scales, and behavioral paradigms. At the same time, the laboratory can also adopt quantitative research methods to collect multidimensional data during usability testing to achieve objective quantitative evaluation, which compensates for the lack of real-time, subjective, and easily influenced by social environment factors in traditional testing and evaluation methods. Through the cross analysis of subjective and objective data, more complete information about the user's state and behavior during the testing process can be obtained.
5. Multi dimensional data synchronization collection and analysis in virtual environments
ErgoVR Human Factors Analysis Engine: Using a 3D engine to combine virtual scenes with the ErgoVR Human Factors Analysis Engine, a virtual reality scene application with VR analysis capabilities can be generated through simple configuration. The system can collect real-time multimodal data and quantitative responses from users interacting with virtual scenes, including spatiotemporal trajectory data, eye movement data, physiological data, EEG data, brain imaging, biomechanics, environment, motion capture data, behavior encoding, and interaction data.
6. Data export and testing report
Usability testing requires the formation of professional and intuitive reports, and the test results can provide references or standards for multiple departments such as product design, development, marketing, and operations. The ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform supports the export of all raw data, processed data, and visual analysis reports.
7. Immersion of multi-channel technology
ZHUANLI virtual reality presentation technology achieves seamless splicing and fusion of images, presenting an immersive 3D experience. The entire laboratory space is an experimental site for walking virtual reality systems, where participants can freely walk without any restrictions, simulating real-world behavior and collecting more realistic data.
8. Multi person interactive virtual reality system
Support multiple people to collaborate in completing human-computer interaction tasks in the same virtual reality scene, and perform quantitative evaluation of local or cloud based human-machine environment data synchronization. The interaction actions of testers are presented in detail in the same virtual world, greatly enhancing real-time interaction.
9. Independent research and customized development
The quantitative evaluation of human-machine environment based on virtual reality technology provides objective data support for scientific research. The independently developed ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, with VR synchronization module based on immersive 3D virtual reality environment, synchronously collects multiple data in real time and conducts quantitative evaluation. Objective quantitative statistical analysis results provide data support for scientific research. Support customized development.
10. Simulation driving and simulation virtual reality system human-computer interaction
The system supports human-machine interaction evaluation of various types of driving simulation systems and simulation scenarios, based on physical models, and supports cameras, radar, LiDAR GPS, And the development and application of various application functions such as V2V/V2I vehicle communication. Support multiple usage modes such as Model in Loop MIL, Software in Loop SiL, Hardware in Loop HiL, etc.
