1、 Installation precautions
The selection of installation location is crucial. 2、 Operation precautions
Before starting the instrument, it is necessary to check whether the setting parameters of the instrument are correct, including the range of wind speed and air volume, as well as the measurement unit of pressure. Ensure that the instrument matches the conditions of the measurement environment to avoid measurement deviations caused by improper parameter settings.
During the operation, it is necessary to follow the operating procedures and avoid arbitrarily changing the settings and parameters of the instrument. If parameters need to be adjusted, it should be done based on understanding the instrument operation manual, and the parameters and time of each adjustment should be recorded for subsequent analysis and comparison.
Regular calibration and maintenance of instruments are key to ensuring measurement accuracy. Regular calibration should be carried out according to the specifications of the instrument, using standard calibration equipment to compare and adjust the measured values of wind speed, air volume, and pressure sensors. At the same time, regularly clean the surface and air inlet of the instrument to prevent dust and debris from blocking the instrument and affecting the measurement results.
