Equipment Introduction:

The VibroLink BEAR bearing fault diagnosis system, as a new generation of fully automatic bearing vibration testing system, is widely used in production, research and development, maintenance and other fields. It is currently the smallest and most flexible computer-based testing system in the world. The system vibration testing project can be completed solely through sensors and IEPE/USB converter combination testing software.

System features:

1. Can be expanded to 12 channels;
2. The fault frequency of each test position can be automatically calculated based on the basic parameters of the tested bearing;
3. Can provide frequency doubling testing;
4. The testing software has cloning function and can create multiple windows for synchronous measurement with different settings;
5. A bearing database can be established, and database parameters can be directly called for similar bearings;
6. It can continuously or trigger the recording of raw vibration signal data for offline calculation;
7. It can trace and track a single vibration event;
8. The system can be upgraded for free through the German factory;
9. Provide operating systems in Chinese, English, and German.
