Recently, a customized walk-in large high-temperature aging room according to customer needs has been successfully installed and put into use. This aging room is manufactured by the Poosanda brand with the model BY-260LF-8000, designed to meet specific high-temperature aging testing requirements for products.

The overall size of this walk-in high-temperature aging room is 2000 × 2000 × 2000 millimeters, with spacious interior space that can be customized and adjusted according to actual testing needs. The material of the room is assembled from double-sided color steel insulation panels (EPS board, polyurethane board or rock wool board), and the thickness of the panels and the specifications of the color steel plates are selected according to the actual needs of the aging room and customer requirements, ensuring the sealing and aesthetics of the room. At the same time, the combustion performance of the building materials meets the requirements of B2 level in the "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials", further enhancing safety.
In terms of the air circulation system, this aging house adopts a wind duct system that complies with the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" GB50243-2002 standard. The circulation system, heating system, and over temperature exhaust system are all installed on the top of the aging roof, without occupying additional space. The circulation system uses circulating fans and matching air ducts for circulation, ensuring the uniformity of temperature in the testing area. The heating system uses electric heaters, which are placed in the circulating air ducts on the aging roof and surrounded by fire-resistant insulation materials, effectively improving heating efficiency and safety.
The control system is the core part of this large walk-in high-temperature aging room. The system uses PLC to control through programs, achieving precise control of room temperature. The control system also uses two-stage PID to regulate the heating amount, ensuring temperature stability. The temperature controller can display the real-time rolling temperature of any six points in the room, making it convenient for customers to accurately grasp the temperature situation in the room. In addition, the control system is equipped with various protection functions, including over temperature alarm protection, fan fault alarm protection, windless alarm protection, and indoor smoke induction alarm protection. These comprehensive protection functions ensure that the aging room can operate stably for a long time.

After completing the installation, we conducted a comprehensive debugging and testing of this large walk-in high-temperature aging room. The results show that its temperature range can reach 0-85 ℃ (up to 120 ℃ according to requirements), temperature fluctuations are controlled within ± 2.0 ℃, and the maximum accuracy of temperature deviation can reach ± 2 ℃ (the accuracy can be designed according to customer requirements, and under certain conditions, it can reach up to ± 1 ℃). The noise level is also controlled within ≤ 65 decibels, which meets the customer's expected requirements.
The customized installation of the walk-in large high-temperature aging room not only provides customers with high-quality testing equipment, but also further demonstrates the professional strength and technical level of the Pusanda brand in the field of aging room manufacturing.
