The SHZ-7X intelligent grinding sound measuring instrument receives the noise emitted by the grinding machine through a special structure probe installed on site, transmits it to the instrument through a shielded cable, converts it into a digital decibel indicator, and outputs a 4-20mA current signal proportional to the decibel value. The decibel value is inversely proportional to the filling amount of the grinding material and proportional to the grinding body and material
The weight ratio allows it to quantitatively measure the size of the mill load. The operator can control the flow rate of various raw materials entering the mill according to the level of grinding sound, thereby achieving control of the mill load, resulting in high mill output and low power consumption. There is an internal calibration signal source for maintenance personnel to check and maintain, and SHZ-7 also has a full grinding and empty grinding sound and light alarm device to remind operators to handle it in a timely manner.
