I. Overview
YK-700The series of flashing alarms are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and light industry. It is a contact type sound and light alarm display instrument, which has the characteristics of simple circuit, few components, small size, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and simple wiring. The design of the instrument takes into account the trend towards computerization and multifunctionality, and adopts single-chip technology to make the instrument fully functional. 3、 Working principle and method
The alarm consists of a power circuit, a light-emitting device, an output driver, a microcontroller control circuit, and a software monitoring system. The alarm usually works in a monitoring state without any alarm signal input, and the lights and sound do not work. Once an external alarm arrives, the alarm will control the sound and light alarm to prompt on-site staff to solve the problem in a timely manner.
When a certain channel contact is activated, the corresponding channel's light flashes while the electric bell contact conducts and rings. Press the mute button to silence the audio alarm and stop flashing. After the alarm signal disappears, the confirmed light alarm indicator will automatically reset.

When the test button is pressed, the 16 lights of the alarm will flash and ring in sequence. When the test button is pressed again, the sound alarm will be silenced, the flashing will stop, and the alarm indicator will automatically reset.
4、 Key function
Mute - Press the (Mute) internal buzzer mute and external relay alarm reset button
Settings—Simultaneously hold down[Settings]and[Add key]Don't move, all alarm lights will turn on and enter the setting state.2After seconds, the four alarm lights in the * row will light up, indicating whether the buzzer is set to sound. If the four lights in the second row are on, it will sound when the alarm is triggered. If the lights in the second row are off, it will be prohibited to sound. The setting can be changed by pressing the up or down keys. press[Settings]After confirming with the key, set the alarm memory function. At this time, the three alarm lights in the * row will light up. If the three lights in the second row are on, they will be remembered. If the lights are off, they will not be remembered. The settings can be changed by pressing the plus or minus keys. press[Settings]Confirm whether to set after key confirmation5The second delay alarm function, at this time, the two alarm lights in the * row are on. If the two lights in the second row are on, there will be a delay. If the lights are off, there will be no delay. The settings can be changed by pressing the up or down keys. press[Settings]After confirming with the key, exit the setting state.
Short circuit the corresponding terminal of the channel that requires normally closed input to the common ground, while holding down[Settings]and[Reduce key]Don't move, all alarm lights are on2.5Turning off after seconds indicates entering the setting state. The channel light for normally closed input is on. Press again now[Settings]Press the key to confirm that all alarm lights are on2.5After seconds, it will turn off and exit the setting state.
Self check - Press the (self check) button to test the instrument.

This instrument can be equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with computers,RS485Standard Communicationdistance1.5kmMultiple instruments can be attached.RS232Standard Communicationdistance15mOnly one instrument can be attached.RS232Connect the TXD, RXD, and GND of the interface to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port, respectively. The data format consists of 1 starting bit, 8 data bits, and noneverify﹑1A stop position.To avoid communication conflicts, the instruments are all in listening mode. The computer sends a command to a certain instrument at a specified address, and then waits for a period of time for the instrument to respond. After the instrument receives the correct command, it sends out the data. After sending, the instrument is in listening mode again. In the same system, instrument addresses cannot be the same, and baud rates must be consistent.
The instrument adopts the standard Modbus rtu communication protocol and supports function numbers 03 and 06. When using configuration software, the device to be selected is a Modicon PLC, Modbus RTU address type, with integer 16 bit data, starting from 4x001 or 4x000 using the Kingview register. Other configuration software may start from 3x001 or 3x000. The communication is an integer, and users need to handle the decimal places according to the actual situation.Communication transmission data is signed integer data, and it is recommended to define signed integer data for user programming. The returned data is 01 03 02 03 E8 B8 FA (where 03 E8-1000, integer data without decimal point, if the decimal point dot is 2, then the data is divided by 100). 01 is the instrument address, 03 is the function number, 00 and 00 are the register start addresses, 00 and 01 represent reading a number, 84 and 0A are check codes, and B8 FA in the returned data is the check code. If you want to read PV1 and PV2 data, you can send 01 03 00 00 02 C4 0B. When writing 1HJ1=1234, send data 01 06 00 02 04 d2 AA 97. Note that when the input signal is a thermocouple signal and the decimal point is 1, the measurement value format is one decimal place, and the alarm value alarm reset value does not have a decimal place.
The communication address range is 1-99, with a baud rate of 2400 or 9600. The instrument has a default communication address of 248 (0XF8), which can be used for testing if the user is unsure. The baud rate is 2400 or 9600. After changing the communication address and baud rate, it needs to be powered on again to take effect. For example, if you change the communication address to 08h, you can send F8 06 00 08 7C 64. The instrument has been set with a communication address of 1 and a baud rate of 9600 at the factory.
