3、 Sensor debugging

1Sensor adjustment

Firstly, load the standard weight onto each sensor and measure the output value of each sensor. Calculate the average of all measured values and adjust accordinglyRS1~RS4Use the potentiometer until the adjusted value reaches the standard measurement average. If it cannot be adjusted at once, the previous operation can be repeated.

2Zero point adjustment of transmitter output

Firstly, place the system in an unloaded state and adjust the marking (zero point)ZER0Use a potentiometer to adjust the deviation of the zero point. Adjust the indication to the zero point indication.

3Gain adjustment

Load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range)60%~)Calculate the output value based on the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the large weight value, and adjust it accordingly(full scaleFULLThe potentiometer adjusts the reading to the loading ratio reading.

4Re examination

Place the system in an unloaded state and measure the zero point output: load a certain weight value and measure whether the output meets the expected amplification factor. If not, please repeat the steps23Adjust again.
