Usage steps:

(1) After washing the sample bottle with gasoline or trichloroethylene, dry it in an oven at a temperature of 105 ± 5 ℃, and cool it in the dryer. Weigh it accurately to 0.1g. The two sample bottles used for measuring heating loss should be accurate to 1mg.

⑵ Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch on the instrument, and the indicator light will turn on. Adjust the oven level and pressRequire the temperature to be adjusted according to the operating instructions of the smart meter (usually 163 ℃) and the time to adjust the time relay.

⑶ Preheat the oven for 16 hours to fully and evenly heat the air inside the box. Place all the sample bottles into the circular metal frame, turn on the switch, and rotate the circular metal frame at a speed of 15 ± 0.2. At the same time, turn on the drying gas at a flow rate of 4 ± 0.2 L/min.

After reaching the designated time, stop the rotation of the ring frame and spray hot air. Immediately remove the sample bottles one by one and quickly pour the samples into a clean container for mixing (except for samples with mass loss due to heating), in preparation for the asphalt properties test after the rotary film heating test. However, it is not allowed to repeatedly heat the poured asphalt sample bottles to obtain more samples. All experimental projects should be completed within 72 hours. After the user has finished using, turn off all switches and disconnect all power sources. Pay attention to cutting off the power after each use and keeping the box clean to prevent corrosion.

Note: The temperature control system of this machine is controlled by a high-precision intelligent meter.
