One:Simple troubleshooting

1. The control system is not displaying, and the whole machine is not powered on?

Solution:（1) Ensure that the power outlet has electricity.

（2) Ensure that the power switch of the control system is turned on.

（3) Ensure that the overall insurance of the control system is valid.

（4) Report the repair to our after-sales service center.

2. The control system displays, but the host is not working?

Solution:（1） Ensure that the connection cable to the host is connected.

（2）Ensure that the host insurance is intact and effective.

（3) Ensure that the connection wires of the host motor are intact (in the motor junction box).

（4) Report the repair to our after-sales service center.

3. The control system displays that the host can rise and fall to display pressure on the specimen, but there is no data in the window?

Solution:（1) Ensure that the sensor plug is properly plugged in.

（2) Press and hold the test button to turn on the power switch and check if there are values in the pressure and flow window.

（3) Report the repair to our after-sales service center.

4. After the experiment, is the pressure overloaded?

Solution: Ensure that the specimen has been cured

5. Is the flow value too high?

Solution:（1) Ensure that the temperature of the constant temperature water bath is 60 ± 0.5 ℃.

(2) Ensure that the curing time of the test piece is 30 minutes after reaching the temperature.

（3) Ensure that the specimen is compressed within the specified time.

(4) Ensure that the flow sensor is within its working range.

（5) Ensure that the indicators of the test piece are qualified.

6. Is the pressure too high or the flow rate too low after the experiment, or is the pressure too low or the flow rate too high?

Solution:（1) Ensure that the temperature of the constant temperature water bath is 60 ± 0.5 ℃.

(2) Ensure that the curing time of the test piece is 30 minutes after reaching the temperature.

（3) Ensure that the specimen is compressed within the specified time.

7. Is the printer not working?

solve:（1）Ensure that the printer power plug is plugged in and the power switch is turned on.

（2）Ensure that the printer signal cable is properly plugged in.

（3）Check if the printing paper is properly installed.
