The usage method of speed regulating multi-purpose oscillator
Date: 2014-10-18Read: 11

1Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

2. The speed regulating multi-purpose oscillator should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

3. Before using the instrument, set the speed control knob to a small position and turn off the power switch.

4. To ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5. Select timer, adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position, connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, the indicator light will turn on, and the oscillation switch indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to reach the desired speed. Adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

6. Before each shutdown. The adjustment knob must be placed in the small position, the timer must be reset to zero, the power switch must be turned off, and the power must be cut off

7. Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their lifespan by keeping them in good working condition

8. During continuous operation, the speed regulating multi-purpose oscillator should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling onto the motor and control components. The water quality and cleanliness of the water tank should also be checked, and fuses, control components, and fastening screws should be inspected.
