HZQ-3112 double-layer multi-purpose large capacity shaker maintenance:
1. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling into the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
3. The bearings of the rotating parts have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium nanobase) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
４. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. If abnormal noise is found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose or cracked, or electronic control components fail, our company will continue to provide services and assist in handling them.
