Installation and acceptance
1. The on-site installation method and location of the alarm device do not affect the safety, operation, and maintenance of the main equipment.
2. The installation of the monitoring host display module and sound and light alarm should be wall mounted, installed at the entrance of the SF6 electrical equipment workplace, and equipped with fan start stop function settings. The detection unit module can be wall mounted or cabinet mounted in indoor workplaces;
3. Adopting a pump suction sampling device, the sampling pipeline material should be durable for a long time, and the distance from the monitoring point to the gas sampler should be as short as possible. The length of the airway should not exceed 30m, and the device should continuously sample. If multiple sampling points are configured, the sampling time for each sampling point should not exceed 5 minutes, and the total sampling period should not exceed 1 hour. The sampling time for each point can be flexibly set. (This method is currently discontinued on the market, for reference)
4For devices using diffusion sampling, the sulfur hexafluoride gas and oxygen detection sensors should be installed below the equipment, at a height of 10cm above the ground, and real-time sampling and analysis should be conducted.
5The setting of indoor workplace detection points should be installed at intervals between each set of switches or each combination of electrical appliances, or determined based on the monitoring indoor area and evenly and reasonably arranged. The ratio of indoor area (m) to the number of detection points (s) should not exceed 30.
periodic inspection
1After the device is put into operation, online inspection should be conducted on time, and the inspection cycle should not exceed one year.
2. During the inspection period, the oxygen detection error or alarm error should be within ± 1%, which is considered as normal equipment.
3. For devices that fail regular inspections, the cause should be identified and promptly repaired and adjusted to eliminate defects
