As the core equipment of the laboratory, the precision and stability of the magnetic stirring constant temperature water bath directly affect the experimental results. To ensure the long-term efficient operation of the equipment, a systematic maintenance plan needs to be established, covering four major modules: daily cleaning, regular calibration, component maintenance, and fault prevention.
1、 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance
1. Instant cleaning
After the experiment is completed, immediately turn off the power and drain the water tank. Use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the inner container, focusing on cleaning the residual reagents at the junction of the mixing blade and the inner container. Temperature runaway: Clean the heat dissipation holes, ensure good ventilation, and avoid using volatile media (such as ethanol) without covering them.
2. Emergency shutdown process
In case of leakage or abnormal noise during the experiment, immediately press the emergency stop button, cut off the power, and investigate the cause.
