（3） Structure Introduction

Product description

DHGThe series of blast drying ovens consists of a box body, a temperature control system, and an air circulation system. The outer shell of the box body is made of steel plate stamping, and the outer surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic. The inner liner is made of mirror stainless steel. The insulation layer is insulation cotton, and the connection between the working chamber and the box door is sealed with high-temperature resistant silicone rings. The temperature control system adopts PID adaptive control method, without the need for temperature control parameter adjustment, with high control accuracy and no overshoot. The temperature cycling system consists of heating tubes, blowers, and air ducts. By using the operation of the blowers, air convection is forced to improve the uniformity of the working room temperature.

1. Environmental temperature+5-40 ℃.

2. Relative humidity ≤ 85% RH.

3. Atmospheric pressure ranging from 86 to 106Kpa。

4. There is no strong vibration around, and the gap between the surroundings is greater than 50cm.

5. The test chamber should be free from direct sunlight and heat source radiation.

6. No strong airflow flows through the box.

7. There is no high concentration of dust or corrosive substances around.
