Vibration full temperature incubatorIt is a device that combines an incubator and an oscillator. The full temperature oscillation incubator has two functions of heating and cooling bidirectional temperature regulation system, which can control the temperature. The full temperature oscillation incubator is a constant temperature equipment used for water quality analysis and BOD determination, cultivation and preservation of bacteria, fungi, and microorganisms, as well as plant cultivation and breeding experiments. Widely used in research and application fields such as medicine, biology, molecular science, pharmaceuticals, food, and environmental protection.

　　

The shaking full temperature incubator is limited to two modes: constant temperature and oscillation. At present, it has three major features: full temperature freezing function, constant temperature and humidity function, and lighting programming function. It also has the following optional functions for reference:

　　

1. Add ultraviolet sterilization lamps to effectively control the growth of harmful bacteria.

　　

2. Add inflation ports to meet the special needs of some users for adding inert gases.

　　

3. Equipped with independent temperature limit switches and door switches to ensure safety.

　　

4. Equipped with a door lock to prevent unauthorized personnel from opening the door, resulting in the termination of the experiment.

　　

5. Creative rocking board design is available for selection. Replacing the bottle clamp is particularly convenient, greatly simplifying the process of replacing the bottle clamp.

　　

6. According to user needs, USB interfaces and supporting software can be added to facilitate querying of operational data.

　　

7. Add a micro printer to print data on a scheduled basis.

　　

8. Curve control, programmable program design, can set up ten segments.

　　

9. Equipped with door control function, the door automatically stops rotating.

　　

The correct use of the shaking full temperature incubator is shared as follows:

　　

1. Before using the incubator, all control switches should be placed in the non working state, and the speed control knob should be placed in the small position;

　　

2. The incubator should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, dry and ventilated;

　　

3. Turn on the external power supply, turn the power switch to the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on;

　　

4. Choose cultivation temperature: Please refer to the user manual;

　　

5. Turn on the "oscillation switch" of the incubator, the indicator light will turn on, and slowly adjust the speed knob to the desired speed;

　　

6. Medium speed use within the speed range can extend the service life of the incubator;

　　

7. Before each shutdown of the incubator, all control switches should be in a non working state and the power should be cut off;

　　

8. To ensure good balance performance of the incubator during oscillation and avoid large vibrations, all test bottles should be filled and each bottle of culture medium should be approximately equal. If the culture medium is insufficient, the test bottle can be placed symmetrically.
