Automatic constant temperature flipping oscillatorIdentification of leaching toxicity of solid waste in scientific research

  Automatic constant temperature flipping oscillatorPurpose:

Automatic constant temperature flip type oscillators are widely used in industries related to toxicity identification, research, treatment, and disposal of solid waste, such as environmental protection and solid waste disposal. They are also suitable for production testing and scientific research in industries such as medicine, chemical engineering, and teaching.

Automatic constant temperature flipping oscillator: Solid waste leaching toxicity leaching equipment (TCLP) flipping method

Solid waste containing harmful substances can leach into water during stacking or disposal, causing the harmful substances to migrate and transform, polluting the environment. Leaching experiment is a field or laboratory simulation of this natural process. When the amount of harmful substances leached exceeds the threshold set by relevant regulations, the waste has leaching toxicity. The identification of leaching toxicity of solid waste is the basis for determining hazardous waste and an important technical link in the development of solid waste management and disposal technology.

Usage of automatic constant temperature flip oscillator

1. Place the sample to be oscillated and the extraction solution into the sample bottle as required, close the inner lid, tighten the outer lid, invert the sample bottle, and ensure that the solution inside the bottle does not leak.

2. Connect the automatic constant temperature flip oscillator to the power supply, push up the main power switch, and turn on the instrument power.

3. Loading of sample bottles

① Push open the movable door upwards, rotate the automatic constant temperature flipping oscillator rotating device to the appropriate position by hand, turn the handle counterclockwise, release the bottle fixing device, place the prepared and tightly sealed sample bottle into the tray, align it up and down clockwise, and tighten the handle; Tighten the fixing nut counterclockwise to the top by hand to prevent the bottle fixing device from loosening during machine operation.

② After the sample bottle is loaded, close the movable push door, turn on the speed/switch button, and the instrument will start working.

4. Select the unidirectional/bidirectional rotation mode. Press the unidirectional/bidirectional button upwards for unidirectional rotation and downwards for bidirectional rotation.

5. Set the oscillation time, rotate the "Adjust Time Setting and Display" button to the desired time, and set the immersion temperature according to the oscillation requirements of the immersion method. (Constant temperature type temperature range: room temperature to 60 degrees, full temperature type temperature range: 4 to 60 degrees). After setting, the instrument enters the working state. When running for the set time, it will automatically stop working, turn off the switch key of the rotation/switch, and the automatic constant temperature flip oscillator has a door switch. When the movable sliding door is opened, the oscillation will automatically stop. Rotate to the appropriate position by hand, turn the lower part of the fixed nut screw clockwise, and turn the handle counterclockwise until the sample bottle can be removed. After removing the sample bottle, tighten the handle clockwise and use this method to remove all sample bottles and reset the handle.
