Application instructions for glass rotor flowmeter

Glass rotor flowmeter is an instrument for measuring fluid flow based on the change of float position. Due to its simple structure, intuitive reading, and low cost, it is widely used in multiple industrial fields. The following is an explanation of its applicable scenarios:
Small flow measurement
Suitable for small flow scenarios with liquid flow rates ranging from 0.5-100 L/h and gas flow rates ranging from 10-1000 L/min, such as laboratories, small chemical equipment, medical equipment, etc.
Measurement of cleaning media
Only applicable to single-phase, clean, particle free fluids (liquids or gases) such as water, air, inert gases, etc. If the medium contains particles or has a dark color, a filter should be installed or a metal rotor flowmeter should be selected.
Low pressure environment
Low pressure resistance (usually ≤ 1.0MPa), suitable for low-pressure pipeline systems such as atmospheric or low-pressure gas transportation, water treatment equipment, etc.
Non corrosive medium
Ordinary glass rotor flow meters are not corrosion-resistant, and anti-corrosion types (such as lined with polytetrafluoroethylene) should be selected to measure strong acid, strong alkali and other media.
Visual reading requirements
The transparent glass tube design facilitates on-site observation of the float status and is suitable for scenarios that require manual readings, such as teaching experiments, small-scale production line monitoring, etc.
