Synthesis section

Distillation section

In the distillation filtration chamber, electromagnetic flowmeter is used for measuring the feeding of filtered liquid. The main components of the filter fluid are acetic acid and carbon powder, which are corrosive and have a strong pungent odor. Previously, when using a metal tube rotor flowmeter for measurement, the pipeline was prone to blockage, requiring frequent disassembly and cleaning, and requiring a large amount of maintenance. Since the replacement of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the maintenance workload has been reduced and the measurement accuracy has been relatively high.

Aggregation and alcoholysis section

In the polymerization section, the liquid sent out from the resin of the second polymerization kettle is measured by an electromagnetic flowmeter, and the measurement of AIBN methanol solution added to the first polymerization kettle is also measured using this flowmeter. In the alcoholysis section, the static mixer of the alcoholysis machine also uses this flowmeter for resin feeding measurement.

The composition of the resin is polyvinyl acetate methanol, which is a colorless viscous liquid. AIBN methanol solution is prone to crystallization and toxic to the human body. After using this flowmeter, there are no more blockages in the pipeline, and the maintenance is minimal, resulting in higher measurement accuracy.
