2. Valves should be installed upstream of the flowmeter, and flow regulating valves should be installed at 5-10 times the outer diameter downstream. Regarding the installation of filters upstream for small-diameter surfaces, if the measured medium is rich in magnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed before the flowmeter.

3. For the convenience of maintenance and replacement of the flowmeter, a bypass pipeline needs to be connected when installing it on the surface.

4. Metal rotor flow meters require timely cleaning, especially when the measured medium is dirty, the pipes and floats should be cleaned in a timely manner. Persist in long-term stable measurement in this way.

5. The measurement accuracy of a metal tube rotor flowmeter is usually at level 2.5. When high measurement accuracy is required, it is not advisable to choose a metal tube rotor flowmeter.

6. Angle type metal float flow meters that are not in a straight line for import and export, when used for liquids, pay attention to whether there is residual air in the extended sleeve of the float displacement, and it is necessary to exhaust it completely; If the liquid is rich in small bubbles, it is easy for them to accumulate inside the casing during activity, and timely exhaust should be carried out. This is more important for the appearance of small caliber, otherwise it will significantly affect the flow indication.
